摘要
当前，项目在各行各业中的规模越来越大,复杂性越来越高，颗粒度越来越细。以IT领域的项目进度和成本管理为例，有多种项目进度和成本管理的方法论我提出一种项目弦的思维方法，可以应用于项目进度和成本管理。我在参与的项目中运用项目弦来辅助项目管理，在项目团队中取得了较成功的效果。

Abstract
At present, the scale of the project is increasing in all walks of life, the complexity is getting higher and higher, and the granularity is getting finer and finer. Taking the project schedule and cost management in the IT field as an example, there are a variety of project schedule and cost management methodology. I propose a project string thinking method that can be applied to project schedule and cost management. I used project strings in the projects I participated in to assist in project management and achieved more successful results in the project team.
