摘要

大型工程项目有着投资规模巨大、参与主体众多、实施周期漫长等特性，其风险展现出类型繁杂、动态演化的特质。要是缺少系统化管理，风险易于在实施进程中积聚转化成成本和进度偏差。围绕项目实施的整个过程，剖析风险来源、传导路径、控制方法，有益于提高管理的针对性和有效性。借助建立以识别、评估、应对为核心内容的风险管理模式，再结合信息化手段、组织协同机制，能够在复杂环境里达成风险的前置控制与动态调节，进而保证工程目标顺利达成。

Abstract

Large scale engineering projects have the characteristics of huge investment scale, numerous participating parties, and long implementation cycles, and their risks exhibit the characteristics of complex types and dynamic evolution. If there is a lack of systematic management, risks are prone to accumulate and transform into cost and schedule deviations during the implementation process. Analyzing the sources, transmission paths, and control methods of risks throughout the entire process of project implementation is beneficial for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of management. By establishing a risk management model centered on identification, assessment, and response, combined with information technology and organizational collaboration mechanisms, it is possible to achieve pre control and dynamic adjustment of risks in complex environments, thereby ensuring the smooth achievement of engineering goals.
