摘要

从二十世纪末到现在二十一世纪初,我们国家经历了互联网急速发展的三个阶段,从PC驱动时代到移动互联网时代,再到如今的人工智能·大数据时代,市场需求在不断变化,用户增长模式也渐渐发展到现在的用户留存模式......对产品经理而言既是挑战又是机遇。产品经理需要更聚焦价值才能让产品更具竞争力并扩大优势,从而赢得更多市场份额,为企业持续创造经营效益。

Abstract

From the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century, our country has experienced three stages of rapid development of the Internet. From the PC-driven era to the mobile Internet era, and now into the era of artificial intelligence and big data, market demand is constantly changing. The user growth model has gradually developed to the current user retention model. For product managers, it is both a challenge and an opportunity. Product managers need to focus more on value in order to make products more competitive and expand their advantages, thereby winning more market share and continuously creating operational benefits for the enterprise.
