In December 2017, as a project manager, I participated in the construction of the “Double-Trigger and Double-Induction” information integrated management platform project initiated by the Bengbu Municipal Government. The project has a total investment of 8.6 million yuan. The project organization structure is project-oriented and the construction period is 12 months. Through the construction of the project, the work efficiency has been improved, and the professional, standardized and refined management of the city's double-trick and double-lead work has been realized, and the intelligent investment attraction and recruiting talents have been realized. The project was officially approved and put into operation in December 2018. The system has been running well and has been unanimously recognized by customers and company management. This paper mainly combines my actual project experience and discusses the important role of procurement management in the construction of information system projects. It mainly discusses several processes such as planning procurement management, implementing procurement, controlling procurement, and ending procurement, and proposes project procurement management. Common problems and some methods. Effectively improved the level of project procurement management and met the needs and expectations of project stakeholders.
